Using Shoppertize

These terms apply to use of the Shoppertize store and orders placed through it. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy explain the related practices. The operator’s business and contact details appear below. You must be legally able to enter a contract, or use the store through an appropriately authorized adult.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account, contact, and delivery information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use its content unlawfully.

Products and prices

Read the product description, size, materials, age or safety information, and any care instructions before ordering. Images illustrate products and appearance can vary with screens and lighting; this does not excuse a material mismatch with the description. Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Review the checkout total, including applicable taxes, delivery charges, and discounts, before placing the order.

Orders and payment

An order acknowledgement records receipt of your request; acceptance depends on confirmation, payment arrangements, and availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, or a material price or description error needs correction, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to any change or cancel and refund amounts due. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed total without your agreement. Use only the payment methods offered at checkout.

Delivery, cancellations, and returns

Our Shipping Policy describes delivery and cancellation arrangements. Cancellation window: You can cancel an order until it has been dispatched. Our Return and Refund Policy describes return requests and refunds. Any product-specific restrictions must be disclosed before purchase and cannot remove rights that the law makes mandatory.

Product use and content

Use products in accordance with their instructions and appropriate supervision requirements. Unless otherwise stated, store text, artwork, logos, and other original materials are owned by Shoppertize or used with permission. Your purchase permits normal use of the product; it does not transfer rights to reproduce our branding or original content for commercial use.

Responsibility and consumer rights

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory product warranties, remedies for defective or misdescribed goods, or rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Any unavoidable service interruption will be handled reasonably, including communicating about affected orders and refunds where due.

Complaints, law, and changes

Contact support first with your order number and the issue so we can investigate. The grievance officer’s contact details are listed below. Indian law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and competent consumer or court forums available to you. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to existing orders.
